BLINK!!!!

Decisions !! Many people think that it is up to the "decision makers".....True in corporate environments .
Leaders End up in quitting job if they take myopic decisions.....which may affect the thousands of people, may cause damage to investers......

Is Decision making is related to vision? or Vision requires decision making?......
I am a confused beast ...regarding decision ........but many time i have taken very good decision .....that too some spontaneous .... and i have paid for it some times......
so i have decided to read "BLINK!!" by malcom if any one has read it plz give me feed back....
